Talent Listings are available exclusively to members and are designed to support meaningful professional engagement rather than open marketplace activity. Members may search for individuals, teams, advisors, and specialized service providers for full time roles, part time engagements, project-based work, advisory assignments, strategic partnerships, and cross border collaboration opportunities. Organizations may publish Talent Listings to highlight hiring needs, collaboration requirements, advisory roles, or international partnership objectives. Individuals and companies may also create their own Talent Listings to present professional capabilities, experience, services, and areas of interest to the Radiance Global Hub community.
HOW IT WORKS
Members create a Talent Listing or Opportunity Listing by submitting a structured profile through the Radiance Global Hub platform. Each listing is designed to clearly communicate professional intent and may include information such as role type, functional expertise, industry focus, technical skills, advisory experience, geographic scope, availability, collaboration objectives, and preferred engagement models. Talent Listings may represent individual professionals, teams, advisors, consultants, creators, researchers, or service providers. Opportunity Listings may represent hiring needs, project requirements, advisory roles, partnership opportunities, or cross border cooperation initiatives from companies, institutions, or organizations. Once published, listings become visible to other members of the Radiance Global Hub community. Members may browse listings by category, sector, or engagement type and initiate direct, member to member contact through the platform to explore alignment, exchange information, and discuss potential cooperation. Radiance Global Hub does not intermediate, participate in, or monitor these discussions. Listings may be updated, paused, or removed at any time by the posting member to reflect changing priorities, availability, or strategic objectives, allowing the Talent section to remain current, relevant, and purpose driven.
POSTING
All Talent Listings and Opportunity Listings must be accurate, professional, and lawful. Listings should clearly and truthfully describe the nature of the role, engagement, or cooperation being offered or sought, including whether it is full time, part time, project based, advisory, consulting, partnership oriented, or exploratory in nature. Each listing should provide sufficient detail to allow other members to reasonably assess relevance and alignment. This may include role scope, required or offered expertise, industry or sector focus, geographic considerations, expected time commitment, collaboration objectives, and preferred engagement structure. Listings should be written in a clear, business appropriate manner and reflect genuine intent to engage. Promotional only content, vague solicitations, misleading statements, or non-serious postings that do not represent a bona fide professional opportunity may be removed. Listings that attempt to use the Talent section solely for marketing, mass outreach, or unrelated promotion are not permitted. Radiance Global Hub reserves the right to review, edit, decline, suspend, or remove listings in order to maintain platform quality, relevance, and member trust. Such actions are taken at Radiance Global Hub’s discretion and are intended to preserve a focused, credible environment for professional discovery and collaboration.
